Here at Rising Petals, we take pride in our customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back to us for an exchange or refund within 3 days from the date your order arrived. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Before shipping the item(s) back, you must email us at rising_petals@outlook.com to state your reason(s) for return within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once processed through our return department, you will then get a return reference number (RRN) which will need to be included in your return package. All return/ exchange packages must have an RRN otherwise your return request maybe delay. Once your package is received, you will get an email with a code and information on the total exchange value. For an exchange, you have 15 days from the date you receive that code to apply for a new order on our website, otherwise, your code will become invalid and your request will no longer be granted. Refunds shall take approximately 3-5 days to process before funds can post back into your credit card account. All sales item(s) are final sale, and coupon codes may not apply.
RISING PETALS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS PAST THE TIME FRAME MENTIONED IN THIS POLICY.
Rising Petals will allow one round of return. If you are still not satisfied with the exchange item, you will be responsible for all other shipping costs associated following this return and exchange policy. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. However, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed, or altered. The item(s) must be in its original condition when received, and all tags must still be attached.
In situations where applicable, we reserve the right to request photos to verify any claimed damages/ manufacture defective or wrong items. Rising Petals have the sole decision of returned items based upon the condition of the item(s) when we receive it and can deduct a restocking fee of up 25%.
We are not responsible for returned item shipping cost unless the item(s) you received is a wrong order or manufacture’s defect. If the returned item(s) is refundable based upon our evaluation, we will issue a refund back to your credit card. We reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
This RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY can be changed, and or revise at any given time without notification.
