Returns & Exchange

At Rising Petals, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. Simply ship the item back to us within 3 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package to state the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a return reference number (RRN) to include in your return package. Please ensure that all return/exchange packages have an RRN to avoid delays in processing your request.

Once we receive your package, you will be provided with a return code and information on the total exchange value. For exchanges, you have 15 days from the receipt of the code to place a new order on our website. Refunds typically take 3-5 days to process and post back to your credit card account.

Please note that all sales items are final sales, and coupon codes may not apply to returns/exchanges. We do not accept returns beyond the specified time frame mentioned in this policy.

Additionally, we allow one round of return and exchange. If a further exchange is necessary and you are still unsatisfied, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Furthermore, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered. All items must be in their original condition with attached tags upon return.

In some cases, we may request photos to verify any claimed damages, defects, or wrong items. Upon receiving the item, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 25% based on its condition.

Please remember that we are not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the item received was the wrong order or a manufacturer's defect. Any related return fees imposed by the shipping carrier may be deducted from your refund.
